scusi, ho una domanda. Mettiamo che si vogliano mantenere le mani libere e si affitti invece di comprare. Panama City ha costi ben inferiori al corrispondente milanese, salvo che per un 3BD in centro città che ha un affitto quasi identico. Qual è la ragione?
